Yoga
While all types of yoga can be healing, I create my yoga classes and private sessions to address specific needs of an individual, or a group of individuals. I have experience working with clients recovering from strokes, clients struggling with chronic pain issues, as well as clients that are pregnant or post-partum. It is my belief that we are all differently abled, and we all benefit from the practice of yoga. Yoga is truly for everyone! As an inclusive yoga instructor, I will tailor exercises to meet your individual needs, and assist you to regain range of motion, increase physical strength and stamina, and decrease or eliminate chronic pain.
I am available to teach individual or group yoga sessions, including yin yoga, chair yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga and yoga flow classes.
